The Workplace Process

Our own TWP project governance process has been honed over years to ensure that the process runs smoothly.

Discovery
The discovery phase provides a full analysis of the current position, an understanding of what’s needed for the future, and presents a robust business case with detailed benefits and options.
Planning
Once approval has been given, we leap into action, appointing the professional team, undertaking comprehensive briefing & legal processes, and ultimately arriving at your chosen office with a clear delivery plan.
Design
Our design stage closely follows RIBA stages 2 to 4, concluding with fully approved concept and technical design for the entire project.

Once the designs are complete, we procure specialist fit-out contractors, confirm the headcount, agility and space requirements and appoint move champions from within the business.

We also launch an intranet site where your staff member can keep updated and find out important information about the changes.
Build
The build phase is where everything comes together. We run a tender process for the main contractor, obtain landlord approval where needed for alteration and wayleave, comment the fit-out and install all furniture and IT / AV needed, taking care of every last detail.

Once built, we run a full test of the new premises including dry-runs with staff, create operations & maintenance manuals and provide training on all installed equipment.
Move
We minimise disruption by preparing your staff for move, providing detailed instructions, and running ‘dump the junk’ days in advance.

Once the move is complete we offer post-move after care & support and run a post-occupancy staff survey.
Close
Once the move is complete, we clear out your old buildings and decommission live IT links & connections, hand it back to the landlord and close the project.

We run a defects review after 12 months.

Our clients love that we genuinely care about their workplace as much as they do.
