Project outcome
The space comprised 97,000sq ft and the fit-out was on a Traditional basis; Cat A & Cat B to Ground and L1 and Cat B to L2 to L5. G and L1 are dedicated client floors with private meeting rooms, dining rooms, auditorium for events, training room, a media room, and in-house kitchen.
G floor has its own dedicated entrance for visitors and clients.
There’s a private client lift and internal staff stairs connecting G to L1. The staff floors comprises sit/stand desks, focus rooms, meeting rooms, hubs, collaboration areas, and lounge areas to facilitate Agile working. There are internal stairs connecting L2 through to L5 from the central hubs which provides connectivity within the office.
The Technology scope included; Wayleave, Physical Infrastructure, LAN/WAN, WiFi 6, Mobile Phone Signal Booster, Access Control, Crestron room booking panels, Telephony, MFDs, VC capability in most meeting rooms, digital signage, a fully integrated asset register in the BIM system, butler call system, laptops for all staff, desk-booking tool.
The developer achieved BREAAM Excellent for the building. The fit-out project achieved net-zero carbon emissions.
